Created as a special painting for the Rose Kennedy Memorial Award, Ms. Hardin created "Roses for Rose", a poignant depiction of the legendary woman and her family. Recently hanging in the United Nations, the painting is now a permanent part of the Kennedy Family Library. The second painting in the series was an homage to the late Princess Diana. Entitled "The English Rose," the painting depicts the princess and her two children, William and Harry, in one of Rebecca Hardin's signature gardens. "Mother Theresa" and "Aung Sun Suu Kyi," are future subjects for Hardin's "Important Women of the Twentieth Century" series.
