Rick Farmiloe is an American Animator who began his career at Filmation Associates working on Fat Albert, Mighty Mouse, Tom and Jerry, Zorro and Flash Gordon. He then went to Disney Studios and animated the movies The Black Cauldron, Oliver and Company, The Great Mouse Detective, The Little Mermaid and Aladdin. At Dreamworks Rick Farmiloe was the Animator Director on the movies The Prince of Egypt, Shrek, Curious George and The Simpsons Movie. At Duncan Studio he worked on several projects, including Kung Fu Panda and How to Train Your Dragon shorts. Most recently, Rick Farmiloe was an animator for the Oscar nominated feature The Boxtrolls.
