Mark Brooks is an American comic book artist born April 12, 1973 in Georgia. He currently is signed to an exclusive contract with Marvel Comics but has done work for DC Comics, Darkhorse Comics, Warner Brothers, Disney, Lucas Film, and Hasbro from time to time. Brooks has worked on Marvel Age Cable Deadpool and Ultimate X Men. Mark Brooks provided cover art for the Spider-Man spin off Anya Corazon: Arana The Heart of the Spider and later worked on The Amazing Spider Man Ultimate Spider Man Annual #1 and #2 and New X-Men and Avengers: The Initiative. Recent works include providing the art for Dark Reign: Young Avengers with Paul Cornell. He is currently working on the Age of Apocalypse arc in Uncanny X-force. Mark Brooks is currently credited with some or all of the artwork in 372 separate Comic Book issues.
