Jim Evans, also known as "T.A.Z." is an American painter, printmaker, and creative director who was a contributing figure in the visual art movement known as Underground Comics. As an Artist Designer of Album Covers, Jim Evans created the logos for The Beach Boys and Chicago and the album jackets for Alice Coltrane, The Robby Kreiger Band, The Allman Brothers, Neil Young, Aerosmith, Beck, Beastie Boys, U2, House of Pain, Slayer, and Toto, to name a few.
