Nemo’s secret island base of Vulcania. He went on to do matte paintings and other special effects for more than 30 other Disney films, including “The Absent Minded Professor,” “Pollyanna,” “Swiss Family Robinson,” “The Happiest Millionaire,” “The Love Bug” and “The Black Hole.” Peter Ellenshaw also did matte paintings for Disney TV fare, such as “Davy Crockett, King of the Wild Frontier,” “Zorro” and “Texas John Slaughter.”

Harrison Ellenshaw is an American matte painter, following in his British father Peter Ellenshaw's footsteps.  He started his career at Walt Disney Studios. He later joined George Lucas's effects studio Industrial Light and Magic (ILM), where he produced many of the matte visual effects backgrounds for the films Star Wars (1977) and The Empire Strikes Back (1980). Harrison Ellenshaw then returned to Disney and worked on the 1979 film The Black Hole, for which he and his father were nominated for an Academy Award for their work.
