This Etching from the Warner Bros produced cartoon series Looney Tunes depicts one of it's favorite characters, Pepe Le Pew and Penelope Pussycat. The popular animated cartoon series ran in theaters from 1929 to 1970. Warner Bros continued to develop a cast of memorable characters like the wise cracking Bugs Bunny, the lisping Daffy Duck, and the stuttering Porky Pig were some to emerge from the cartoon series. The popularity of Looney Tunes further grew when the series began airing on network television in the 1950's. Warner Bros also made several feature films and television specials, mostly starring Bugs Bunny or Daffy Duck, including the 1996 feature Space Jam.
